Bring more places in.
Add cities through fieldwork, interviews, and public sources. Keep existing records accurate and up to date.
YEAR 03
Support local improvements.
Develop specific projects for communities with practical recycling needs, with budgets and fundraising approvals arranged through HCB before raising funds.
Small improvements. Clear accountability.
Future support could fund sorting bins, community recycling points, basic equipment, clearer signs, and public education. We’ll share each project’s purpose, spending, and results.
